Tanya and her team looked after my father for more than three years by providing various levels of care until his recent move to a Residential Care Home . They have always shown a professional and caring approach to all his needs and in recent months have virtually become part of the family. The key to our relationship was team work and the level of communication was second to known. We cannot praise them high enough. Here to Care certainly deliver according to their name ! I posted the review below a year ago and am glad to say that with the continued support of Tanya and her team my husband has progressed so well that we no longer need carer visits.. Here to Care have been amazing throughout our journey and held my hand when I needed it. Today was our last visit and I must thank Tanya, Suzie and all of the team for showing kindness, respect and good humour. We will both miss you guys. “My husband returned home after having a stroke in 2020 and Tanya and her team were there to support us from the very beginning. They come in daily to help with getting out of bed, showering and dressing but also provide reassurance and experience as we adapt to our new situation. My husband is often grumpy in the morning and they leave him with a smile on his face, he really enjoys their visits. They have been a godsend in a difficult situation and we would recommend them in a heartbeat. We have been very lucky to have Tanya and her team behind us, thank you “Here to Care“

Its a great honour to be part of such an incredible team. Tanya and Steve are the most amazing bosses and both are always there to listen when you need them. I have been in care work for over 10 years but stopped for 8years when I had my children. I came back into care work in June with here to care and have never looked back. I work the hours to suit around school hours. Its a privilege to work for here to care and to also look after all our lovely clients.

Absolutely wonderful company to work for, and to work alongside! Before I worked here myself, we had Here to Care in to take care of a relative of mine. The care has always been outstanding, looking after everyone and soon becoming part of the family. Clearly it is not a team I could be without as I then joined them myself! We are able to have a voice whereas so many places we cannot. I feel very fortunate to be able to be part of such a kind, humorous and conscientious team. The team is well looked after and it shows. I have been in care almost 12 years now, and this is by far the best I’ve worked for! Thankyou HTC for taking such great, great care of Grandad (he absolutely loved you!!) and then for taking care of me as an employee. Grandad would be rejoicing that I became part of the team he loved so dearly!

I have worked as a career for over 2 years now and been with Here to care for 5 months now and I love the small but very friendly and professional group of girls I work with. It’s so nice to just chat with bosses as friends and we all get on so well. As a career I love my job. A lot of people think we just go in to clients homes and sit chat and drink tea but it’s a lot more involved especially with medication, food, personal care the list goes on. The clients love to see us on a regular basis and we all have our regulars that we see, we get to help them keep there independent and help their interactions with others and including their emotional well-being in their own homes.

The team at Here to care are a outstanding small group of carers who have been supporting my mother over the last 6 mths. The care is in the title because they truly do care. They give mother time to do or say what she needs to without rushing her. My dad before passing had several different companies & none of them come even close. All are very knowledgably at giving a wide variety of medication. The very easy to use app that they communicate with is marvellous. I get a full written, legible report from each visit showing any concerns which in turn allows me to respond to any carer. They always turn up at the stated time & never leave early. My family respect & trust Here to care with every aspect of care that they give to mother as a extended part of our own family. Thanking then never seems to be enough.
