I am incontinent – will this be a problem?

No – Our Team have incontinence training and care for all clients with dignity and respect.

I have a catheter bag – can your team administer the correct care?

Yes – Our team are fully trained in Catheter Care and deal with clients’ catheters on a daily basis.

I am unable to get in and out of the bath and need help with my personal care.

We are able to assist you with a full body wash/shower/bath.

I am unable to get myself up in the morning and put myself to bed.

Our team will get you up in the morning and put you to bed in the evening.

I have important medication I must take, but can be forgetful at times.

We can assist as much or as little as is required where taking your medication.

I have a commode – will this be emptied for me?

Yes, all our carer’s are happy to empty your commode for you as and when required.

Can you assist me with my shopping?

Yes – any help with shopping, including internet shopping, is offered within our services.

Can you assist me with my everyday household tasks?

Yes – our carers are happy to help you with everyday tasks.

I would love to go out for coffee one day.

Yes – you can choose wherever you want, our carers have transport and are happy to take you wherever you need to go.

I have a much loved pet that needs attention.

We are able to take much-loved pets to the vets or on walks if required.

I love home cooked meals.

We can prepare any kind of meals as and when required.

I have plants that need watering.

We can care for your plants or assist you in caring for them.

I have appointments that I need to attend.

Our care team can assist you with doctor or hospital appointments.

I live 200 miles away from my elderly parents, and knowing that Here To Care are there to step in with regular help and also emergency care when it's necessary has been such a weight off my mind and invaluable to my mum and dad. The carers are efficient, reliable, kind very conscientious - they clearly love their work and invariably treat my parents with respect, empathy and good humour. The management team are equally efficient and understanding and it's so good to know that my mum and dad are in such safe hands. After a sleepless night it was always a joy to see any one of my carers waiting at the door at 7am with a broad smile and cheery hallo!. I recently had a Reverse Shoulder Replacement. Finding care was necessary for a couple of months. Here to Care was the answer. All the carers were professional, friendly, encouraging and had a sense of humour to brightened my day. Nothing was too much for them. They gave me the confidence to eventually look after myself. I would definitely recommend this company, they are excellent in every way. Always on hand to talk to and making sure that all went smoothly. I could not have managed without them.

Switched to Here to Care because the previous providers were unreliable. Here to Care were 100% reliable & didn’t miss one appointment. When extra help was required when my mum had to go into A&E they accompanied her & always found a way to provide additional assistance when my parents needed it. My mother received the best possible care from Tanya and her incredible team . They went over and beyond the call of duty in meeting mums needs and keeping me closely informed if anything was of concern. Their consistent cheery can do attitude was a great start to Mum's day and their ability to ensure that Mum was truly valued and listened to. Although Mum is now in a care home as a family we can only speak very highly of Here to Care who really do go that extra mile in giving our loved ones the time, consideration, love and respect they deserve.
