I live 200 miles away from my elderly parents, and knowing that Here To Care are there to step in with regular help and also emergency care when it's necessary has been such a weight off my mind and invaluable to my mum and dad. The carers are efficient, reliable, kind very conscientious - they clearly love their work and invariably treat my parents with respect, empathy and good humour. The management team are equally efficient and understanding and it's so good to know that my mum and dad are in such safe hands. After a sleepless night it was always a joy to see any one of my carers waiting at the door at 7am with a broad smile and cheery hallo!. I recently had a Reverse Shoulder Replacement. Finding care was necessary for a couple of months. Here to Care was the answer. All the carers were professional, friendly, encouraging and had a sense of humour to brightened my day. Nothing was too much for them. They gave me the confidence to eventually look after myself. I would definitely recommend this company, they are excellent in every way. Always on hand to talk to and making sure that all went smoothly. I could not have managed without them.

Switched to Here to Care because the previous providers were unreliable. Here to Care were 100% reliable & didn’t miss one appointment. When extra help was required when my mum had to go into A&E they accompanied her & always found a way to provide additional assistance when my parents needed it. They cared for my parents as if they were their own family & I cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks

My mother received the best possible care from Tanya and her incredible team . They went over and beyond the call of duty in meeting mums needs and keeping me closely informed if anything was of concern. Their consistent cheery can do attitude was a great start to Mum's day and their ability to ensure that Mum was truly valued and listened to. Although Mum is now in a care home as a family we can only speak very highly of Here to Care who really do go that extra mile in giving our loved ones the time, consideration, love and respect they deserve. My Mum has been using the services of Here to Care for some 4 years now and they have been excellent in every way. As well as being there when she needs them they are friendly and always do that little bit extra. Recently when Mum needed daily care Shannon quickly was able to organise the required extra help and this has been a godsend for us.
